Alerinit 5 mg contains Levocetirizine an anti-histaminic drug used in allergy treatment. Alerinit is indicated in the elimination of allergic rhinitis (persistent or seasonal) and chronic urticaria related symptoms such as itching, swelling and redness in children of 6 years old or more and adults.
Indications
It is indicated for:
Treating allergic reaction and its symptoms.
Relieving symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, red or water eyes associated with allergic rhinitis.
Elimination of symptoms such as itching with urticaria, swelling and redness of the skin.
Instructions for use
Always read the leaflet of this medicine or consult with your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Children between 6-12 years old: It is recommended 1 tablet once a day.
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: It is recommended 1 tablet once a day.
The tablet should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water. Daily dose is recommended to be administrated in one single dose. It may be taken with or without food.
Warning
DO NOT take/use Alerinit 5 mg:
If you are allergic to levocetirizine dihydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
If you have severe impairment of kidney function
In children under 6 years old
With alcohol
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
