Klotrimazol
Canesten3 belongs to a group of medicines called antimicrobials for gynecological treatment. Vaginal tablets contain the active substance clotrimazole which acts against fungi and other microorganisms.
Ketoconazol
Nizoral shampoo treats and helps prevent skin infections caused by fungi or yeast. The shampoo can be used on the hairy part of the head as well as larger areas on the chest, torso or face.

Nizoral shampoo is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of infections, which include Pityrosporum yeast such as pityriasis versicolor (localized form), seborrheic dermatitis and pityriasis capitis (dandruff).
Special warnings and precautions for use:
It is recommended that, after prolonged treatment with topical corticosteroids, wait two weeks before applying Nizoral shampoo to the same areas of the skin.
Eye contact should be avoided. When this happens, the eyes should be rinsed with water.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Since ketoconazole is not absorbed through the skin after topical application, the use of Nizoral shampoo has no indication to form during pregnancy or lactation.
Usage:
Wash the affected areas thoroughly on the skin, leave the shampoo activated for 3-5 minutes and then rinse. In the treatment of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, the shampoo is used twice a week for 2-4 weeks.
Side effects:
There may be a local sensation, burning, irritating, contact dermatitis of angioneurotic edema (due to allergy or irritation) occur (especially after prolonged topical treatment with corticosteroids) in places exposed to the shampoo. Hair dryer or may be thicker. Allergic reactions to ketoconazole or the drug, such as skin rash, dyspnea, edema and angioedema are possible.
