FITNESS
Before placing the silicone heads you should wash your hands and wipe the chest with a dry towel / cloth.
You can slightly moisten the silicone heads with water or milk, so that they fit more easily.
Position the silicone heads in such a way that they fit into the breastfeeding position.
Immediately after breastfeeding, wash the breasts with water to remove milk residue and germs, and also wash the silicone heads with water. Silicone heads should be disinfected or placed in sterilizers daily.
