It is a plant rich in anticianoside, bioflavonoids, citric acid, malic, cynic and ipuric. Recent clinical studies have demonstrated that this plant exhibits anti-adhesive action on the mucosal surface of the urinary tract and consequently inhibits the adhesion of bacteria, including E.coli (the leading cause of urinary tract infections). Red cranberry also has the ability to lower the urinary pH and consequently the acidity of the urine, thus inhibiting bacterial growth and the appearance of urinary tract infection.

Polpelmo (Citrus grandis osbek)

It is a plant rich in bioflavonoids, year A, B, C and pectin. Also in its composition we find large amounts of calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, chlorine, iron and copper. Various clinical studies demonstrate the broad-spectrum bactericidal effect, without showing any toxic effect, on 800 different species of bacterial strains such as salmonella, E.coli, vibrio cholerae, staphylococcus, streptococcus, lysteria, shigella dysentery, chlamydia: various fungal strains as well as to many unicellular parasites.
