The recommended single dose is 10 mg to 15 mg of paracetamol per kilogram body weight. An oral syringe is provided for accurate dosing. One full syringe (5 ml) contains 120 mg of paracetamol. Use a syringe to measure out the required amount of medicine and slowly squeeze it into the child's mouth. You can also squeeze the medicine out of the syringe into a spoon and give it to the child in a spoon.
