Usually recommended:

From the mouth. For adults: 300 - 500 mg, 2-3 times a day.

For children: 50 - 100 mg, 2-3 times a day.

By injection under the skin, intramuscularly or intravenously: 150 - 300 mg which can go up to 500 mg per day, depending on the pathology.
