Children weighing between 6 to 7 kg: 1 suppository, to be repeated if necessary after 6 hours, without exceeding 4 doses per day. Children between 7 to 10 kg: 1 suppository, to be repeated if necessary after 4-6 hours, without exceeding 5 doses per day. Children weighing 11 to 12 kg: 1 suppository, to be repeated if necessary after 4 hours, without exceeding 6 doses per day.
