Paracetamol, one of the active ingredients of GRIPORT, can cause acute liver toxicity in high doses. If it is used chronically (that is, repeated doses and for a long time), in adults it can cause damage to the liver. Recovery of damaged posterior brain tissue (Reversible Posterior Encephalopathy PRES) and recovery of cerebral vasoconstriction (Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome RCVS) have been rarely reported with drugs that stimulate the sympathetic system such as pseudoephedrine. Reported symptoms include sudden onset of headache, nausea, vomiting, and visual impairment. Most cases are resolved with proper treatment within a few days. If you develop symptoms of PRES/RCVS, discontinue

 immediately taking pseudoephedrine.

Tell your doctor if these conditions have appeared in your past.
