Dosage and use: Facilitates breathing (dissolve a tablespoon of balm in a container of warm water and inhale the steam for 3-5 relieves muscle pain by applying a small amount of balm to different parts of the body (neck, back and chest) 3-4 times a day. Not recommended for children under 3 years.
