The comprehensive multivitamin contains a wide range of nutrients and elements including Evening Primrose oil and Borago officinalis oil.

Wellwoman contains a range of micronutrients including vitamins B6, B12 and iron that help in the normal release of energy. Folate, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 also contribute to reducing fatigue.
Women's health
Night Agulice oil and Borago officinalis are included in Wellwoman along with a wide range of nutrients and elements to support organs and bodily functions in women. The formulation contains vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity, plus iron that contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, important during the monthly cycle. Also included is 400mcg of folic acid which helps during pregnancy, so it is important if you are planning a pregnancy or have a chance of getting pregnant.
Immunity
Taking care of your health is important all year round, not just in winter. Wellwoman contains selenium and zinc which help in the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Skin, hair and nails
Many of us would love an extra support for our skin, hair and nails. Vitamin C is included in this formulation as it helps in the formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin. Collagen is the substance that gives elasticity to the skin. Biotin, niacin (vitamin B3), zinc and riboflavin (vitamin B2) also contribute to skin maintenance.
