It is recommended to drip 10-20 drops in hot tea or on a sugar cube 4 times a day.
External use:
It is recommended to rub undiluted drops on the skin several times a day on the affected area. For headaches and colds, it can be used as an inhaler. In case of toothache, drip a few drops into the tooth cavity and the surrounding gums.
