When to use it
The primary role of Vitamin E is to protect the body's tissues from oxidation and peroxidation reactions and from the action of free radicals. Vitamin E therefore has an antioxidant action.
Other important antioxidants physiologically present in the human body are glutathione and coenzyme Q10, which contribute to the regeneration of endogenous α-tocopherol. Among the water-soluble Vitamins, Vitamin C also contributes to the renewal of Vitamin E.
When not to use it
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
How to use it
We recommend taking 5 drops a day equal to 90UI, preferably with a meal.
