Side effects:

Bleeding: epistaxis, hematoma, gingival bleeding. significant hemorrhages in the gastrointestinal tract, cerebral.

Ear: dizziness, tinnitus, hearing loss. These symptoms may indicate an overdose.

Hematological: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, purpura, anemia.

Interactions between medications:

Methotrexate, Anti-thrombotic, anticoagulants, oral hypoglycemic agents, diuretics, digoxin, etc.

Usage:

Daily therapy

 Prevention of the first non-fatal heart attack in patients with risk factors.

 Prevention of AMI, stroke in patients who have undergone AMI before.
