HOW TO GET VITAMIN B6

Vitamin B6 Deficiency:

20-50 mg (1 - 2 ta tablets) up to 3 times a day.

Isoniazid that promotes neuropathy:

prophylaxis: 10 mg (½ tablet), once daily;

Therapy: 50 mg (. 2 tablets), 3 times a day

Hypochromic microcytic anemia:

100-400 mg (5-20 tablets) per day, divided into several doses.

Premenstrual Syndrome:

50-100 mg (½ 2 - 5 tablets) per day, divided into several doses.

Vomiting during pregnancy and radiation sickness:

20-100 mg (1-5 tablets) per day.

Amino acid metabolism disorders:

100-400 mg (5-20 tablets) per day for 3 weeks, and then 30 mg (tablets ½ 1)

per day for a lifetime.
